I like it a lot overall! Good first first and tune. I like Jesse's suggestions for other verses. Especially the Easy Bake, Oven.

Perhaps another one like

"give me the simpler days when all our dreams weren't tangled up in what life means"

or something not at all like that.

This song sucks. You should just quit music all together do something less creative like....computer programming or something. JK. I like. I can tell you've been listening to more indie stuff. The style of this song is shifting away from the other stuff you've done, but its still retaining alot of "Ian"ness. I think the really quick kick drum beats and the entire drum beat as a whole give it a Postal Service feel which I like. Definitely put a verse or verses in there and maybe more lyrics for the second and third chorus so it doesn't get too repetitive. Also more **** sounds in the verses. Something really ******* and *******. You know, like, exploding worms or something.

I definitely hear the Third Eye Blind influence in the lyrics. I do think it needs a verse and more lyrics, instead of the repetition of lyrics. Catchy song, all together. Not a huge fan of the background vocals, though.

Now, after reading your last post - work on finishing this song, before starting another project of yours =)

I'll come over and help with ideas if you want.

For most of my life I could completely relate to what you've written here. I started habitforge.com and fell in love with building it... that's all you need to do, is find one thing that you can really devote yourself to.

Just had an epiphany. I need to limit myself to projects that require me to do less rather than more:
-Growing a beard (less shaving)
-Losing weight (less eating)
-Save money (less buying)
-Meditation (less.. everything?)

Not at all. It simply means that tech nerds can see how much of a craplication Myspace is. To be fair, a lot of musicians know that it's crappy as well, but they feel forced to have a Myspace page because it's expected by prospective labels/investors/fans/etc.

I will take it. That's a perfectly good chair. Or alternatively I could take the legs and use them to make something else interesting. Also, how do you have enough stuff to get rid of one thing every day? About the only thing I own that I could do that with would be clothes with unremovable stains on them - and it wouldn't be long before I ran out of things to wear.
